Winning Writers mention for me

 

Unfortunately I missed this when it came out before but Winning Writers congratulated me on my Feedback magazine win way back in the Feb 2007 newsletter. I can’t believe I didn’t see it because I read it faithfully!

I can only assume the newsletter got swallowed up in cyberspace. Typical! Anyway, here’s what they said:

Congratulations to Kay Elizabeth. Her article “Take the ARGHHH!! Factor Out of Trips Home” won third prize in Feedback Magazine’s “So You Think You Can Write?” Essay Contest for November 2006, and was published in the Jan/Feb 2007 issue. This bimonthly award from a Hollywood news and fashion magazine offers prizes up to $250 for short articles.

A very belated thanks to Jendi Reiter (VP) and Adam Cohen (President) of Winning Writers for including me in that! It’s never too late to say thanks I reckon. Thank you both very much. It feels like winning all over again, I’m so tickled!
