At pickledpedia.com you will find highlights from the 1950’s, 1960’s, and 1970’s. Baby Boomers of all ages are sure to find many sentimental flashbacks as they surf the pages of our site just as the younger generations will no doubt find many things to laugh at I am sure.

If one word could define the Baby Boomer generation it would be “change”. The young people of America were no longer content to accept the status quo and a storm of change was headed our way.

It was a time when adolescents were glued to Saturday Morning Cartoons, Elvis, Woodstock and groups like The Beatles were rocking the teenage world with a new sound in music and young men were being called to a place called Vietnam.

Vietnam was a country most of us had never heard of yet many young men fresh out of high school were about to die there as this “conflict” raged on.
