Easy Brainstorming

By Kay • Jun 27th, 2008 • Category: Uncategorized

If you’re a visual person, mind maps can be a very useful tool indeed for brainstorming. One website I know of called bubbl.us offers an online version. Easy to use, you can choose whether to collaborate with friends and coworkers on one or just use it for your own planning purposes.

The easiest way to discover this web application’s many features is to just give it a whirl! Create a mindmap yourself by clicking the Start Brainstorming button on the homepage. Once you do, the right hand side of the page will guide you until you get the hang of the tools.

Simply choose your color, then start branching off your bubbles from there. Click them to add text and additional bubbles as you go along. Every bubble can have its own color. The undo feature lets you backtrack and the drag and drop interface means you can reorganize easily.

There’s lots more features built in including multi-lingual support, plus your mindmaps can be saved, shared by email and printed. All for free! I think it’s an excellent resource and hope you like it.
